This Pricing Policy outlines how product prices are determined, displayed, and applied for all orders placed on the ClearViewSqueegee website (the "Site"). All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and apply to domestic U.S. orders unless otherwise noted.

1. Price Display

All product prices listed on the Site are the final retail prices for our window squeegees and home cleaning products, excluding applicable sales tax (where required by law). We make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate and up-to-date; however, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

2. Pricing Accuracy and Corrections

If a pricing error is identified on the Site, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust the price of your order at any time, before or after order placement. If a window squeegee product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo, system error, or other mistake, we may: (a) cancel your order and issue a full refund; or (b) contact you to confirm your acceptance of the correct price. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the State of Oregon (and other U.S. states where we have a sales tax nexus) in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. The exact sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address. Sales tax is non-refundable unless your order is canceled or returned in full.

4. Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required. This free shipping is included in our product pricing and applies to all window squeegees and home cleaning products. No additional shipping fees are charged for standard delivery via our designated carriers (USPS/UPS).

5. Expedited Shipping Pricing (If Applicable)

Expedited shipping may be available for select orders at an additional cost. The price for expedited shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout, and you may choose to select or decline expedited shipping before completing your order. Expedited shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or coupon codes for our window squeegee products. All promotional offers are subject to availability and valid only for the stated promotional period. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and we reserve the right to discontinue promotional offers at any time.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, without prior notice. Price changes apply to all new orders placed after the change is posted on the Site; existing orders are not affected by subsequent price changes.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment details, and all transactions are encrypted to protect your financial information. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

9. Refunds for Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments or price match refunds for products purchased before a price reduction or promotional offer. All sales are final at the price paid at the time of order placement, except for eligible returns under our Return Policy.
