Return & Refund Process

Our 30-day free return policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free for all U.S. customers. Follow these easy steps to initiate a return, and remember – we cover all return shipping costs for eligible window squeegee and cleaning product returns (no merchant fees applied).

Return Eligibility Reminder: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition with all packaging/accessories included.

Step 1: Contact Our Return Team

Email our dedicated return support at with the following information in your subject line and body:

  • Your full order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Product name and variant (e.g., "Premium Window Squeegee - 12 Inch")
  • Reason for return (e.g., "changed my mind", "defective rubber blade")
  • Your preferred resolution (refund to original payment method)
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a personalized return confirmation and free shipping instructions (including a pre-paid return label for eligible U.S. returns). No return shipping costs will be charged to you – we cover all merchant return shipping fees.

Step 3: Ship Your Item Back

Package your eligible window squeegee/cleaning product in its original packaging (include all accessories and tags), attach the pre-paid return label provided by us, and drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier location (USPS/UPS). Keep the return tracking number for your records.

Step 4: We Inspect Your Return

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility (unused condition, original packaging). We will notify you via email within 2-3 business days of receipt to confirm approval or rejection of your return.

Step 5: Your Refund Is Processed

For approved returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the transaction is complete. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/incorrect item.

Important Notes:
- Clearance/personalized items are non-returnable.
- Damaged/defective squeegees require photo proof (sent with your return request) for expedited processing.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit – please use the provided pre-paid label and track your return.
